Walton Manor is a masterplan and development scheme located in the heart of Milton Keynes. Our mission was to create a dynamic, inclusive, and sustainable community that seamlessly integrated into the surrounding area.

Our outline masterplan has been approved to transform a former employment site into a thriving new residential-led mixed-use development that will serve as a hub for the wider Milton Keynes community. We understand that the location of our development is crucial, and we have worked hard to ensure that it is seamlessly connected to the surrounding area, providing additional open space and facilities to support both the new and existing residents.
By mitigating existing barriers and creating sustainable pedestrian and cycle paths, we have established inclusive and connected access to open spaces and play areas, fostering a sense of community and reducing the potential for isolation. We are confident that the result is an attractive and vibrant place to live, work and play that supports the identity, character, and cultural life of Milton Keynes.
